After completing your run, screenshot your activity and submit via the WhatsApp number or upload link in your confirmation email. We verify within 24 hours.
Absolutely! Valley Run is fully virtual — treadmill, road, track, park. All count. What matters is the distance and your discipline.
Medals dispatch in batches after the event window closes. Delivery is 7–10 working days. You will get a tracking number via WhatsApp or email once shipped.
